Front of Shoulder and Chest Opening - Stretch and Mobility

Intended to open the chest and anterior (front) shoulders. A quick stretch to lessen aches and pains in the shoulders and upper back.

Tools: Something you can hold in between your hands such as a wooden dowel, a belt, a sweatshirt, or a towel.

Hold for 5-7 breaths.
