In this workshop enjoy a lengthy restorative yoga practice where poses are fully supported with blocks, bolsters, and blankets, allowing your body and mind the opportunity to find a place of relaxation. Restorative yoga is ideal for releasing tense muscles, relieving joint aches, and transitioning the mind and body from stress to calm.
